For Northwest Arkansans coping with food insecurity, NWAFB is an essential resource in the community. Through the Food For Today. Hope For Tomorrow. capital campaign, NWAFB will expand its capacity to distribute nutritious food across our 4-country region and create equitable food solutions for the food-insecure. The capital campaign is focused on three main areas of improvement to meet these goals:
15 acre property located at the intersection of Pleasant Grove Road and Honeysuckle Street in Lowell, AR.
Increased access to nutritious food and wrap around services through the creation of new programs and an improved distribution model with expanded food delivery.
As a result of these investments, NWAFB expects to bring the following benefits to the Northwest Arkansas community:
60% increase in the number of meals distributed by 2025 with plans to reach 20 million meals distributed by 2045.
75% of all food distributed will be nutritious, including fresh produce and lean proteins.
Welcome volunteer groups of up to 200 people.
See how our plans will become a reality through these improvements and how you can be part of our efforts to provide health and hope for our neighbors in need.
